We take on work that fits in a small team's head at once, and we say no to the rest. A project this size does not need a kickoff deck or a steering committee — it needs someone who can hold the whole thing in mind.
We ship, then we watch
Nothing sits in a backlog waiting for a quarterly release. We push small changes often, watch how they land, and adjust — the same way we would want a tool we depend on to be built.

Donelane is the tool we built first: a way for small teams to track what is actually getting done, without turning the work itself into a reporting exercise. It is for teams who want the status of a project to be obvious from the work, not from a meeting about the work.
